The first time we went to see 5 houses Lan picked for us, I thought they were all very good. I was so amazed that Lan's vision of choosing a house was very close to our requirements. She said she knew exact what price level would suit us right ater we met, that's amazing! Originally we planned to sell the house this summer, or next year in 2022. In mid-March, with Lan’s guide, we decided to sell the house early. So the whole renovation took 1 month, and Lan helped us go through everything and fixed lots of issues, such as the renovation planning and renovation contractor selection. It is such an amzing thing that the renovation can be completed on time during the pandemic isolation time! The house went on the market exactly the same day when the renovation was finished. It was sold in 3 days, and the sold price exceeded the listing price with $230,000. It also broke the price record of our street. Amazing! After coming to Canada for 7 years, I made my first pot of gold and was able to buy two more houses. I never thought that I, a housewife, could still make million dollars in Canada within 6 years, amazing! I am so grateful to Lan.
