From the moment we met Chelsea we just felt like she was part of our family as we prepared to relocate from Parry Sound. I'm so thankful to of crossed paths with Chelsea! I expected it to take a while to list my home, but she was so quick in every aspect! My house was staged, photographed and listed within a matter of days. The best part? There was then a SOLD sign, again, only a few days later. Chelsea was extremely professional and supportive during the entire process, as selling a home can be quite emotional! I really appreciated the fact that Chelsea included a stager before the photographer came in and the fact that she (Chelsea) showed up every day on social media platforms until my home was sold. Chelsea was constantly sharing my home and every time I turned to an app, I would see some type of sponsored ad or video she created herself. I have sold a few houses before and I've never had an agent provide me with the apps Chelsea did! I was given a Showings app that allowed me to easily confirm showing times, read feedback from those coming through and more. Though my home is now sold, Chelsea is still in contact with me to set up movers, change addresses, etc! All of this is done with her online platform, very user-friendly. It's no secret that the market in 2021 is next level insanity so having a knowledgeable agent with an actual game plan was a huge advantage! Knowing the market is crazy, and that my house would sell, I was actually considering selling it without an agent. However, I'm beyond grateful to of hired Chelsea as she brought in HUNDREDS of thousands of dollars more than I would've been able to achieve on my own as I was going to undervalue my property on listing price, simply because I wasn't educated about the current comps. I enjoyed my experience with Chelsea, at times I was impatient, and in fact I almost fired her which would have been a terrible decision on my path. She was very attentive to my needs and made recommendations accordingly. She was quite communicative, time conscious and reachable. I was very anxious about selling my home and moving during the pandemic, especially since I wasn't going to be in Ottawa for viewings, the close date, etc. I really needed to work with someone I could trust, and who could take the lead each step of the way.
I found Chelsea's bio online, I was looking for a young, female, professional like myself, and she was that and so much more. I received “white-glove” service with Chelsea. Although she had many other clients in addition to me, I was made to feel like I was her only one. Chelsea was very attentive, responding to my inquiries and requests to view homes, often within a few minutes, even when I would text her late in the evening.

Where to start? My girlfriend and I recently purchased a house in Orleans. Being first time homebuyers, the process was exciting but nerve-racking. We had an agent prior to meeting Chelsea and the difference was night and day!! For 6 months prior to purchasing our new home, we felt like we were in a rut. Being rejected and never truly knowing what more we could do...then came Chelsea!!
From day 1, Chelsea was attentive, efficient and made a complex subject very simple to understand. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly. She knew the area like the back of her hand and gave us a new sense of excitement we hadn't felt in a while. She understood the psychological aspect of the real-estate market - i.e. had us film a quick video for the seller, which worked extremely well. She gave fair and honest opinions, she had the information to every questions we had, and when she didn't, she would provide us with answers the moment she had them.
All to say, that with Chelsea, we found our dream home within 72hrs!!! She was diligent and assertive and protected our interest all while making sure we felt comfortable every step of the process. '
This was our first home but I can guarantee that if we ever purchase another house or sell our house, or we know someone who is selling/buying, we would recommend Chelsea 10 time out of 10.
