It has been great working with Ronn. This was our first home and he was very helpful. We were not sure when exactly we'll make the purchase but he was enthusiastic to share all the useful details, help shortlist properties and arrange showings. He never tried to "bind us" in contract right at the start and then we did sign it and started putting offers. He helped with mortgage consultations as well in the process. Eventually we bought a great house of our choice and Ronn highly helped to negotiate the price, engaged the seller even after the house briefly went off market and got us a great deal. He also helped arranged a contractor and house inspector for us to get an idea on how much it can cost us to renovate it make our desired state.
