Austin primarily was representing the seller and in this case we were the buyers. He was showing us around many properties when one of the one's he had listed came back on the market after a deal had fell through. Stiff market so negotiating was limited. Great Realtor, quick to respond to calls and appointments.
As far a guiding us through the real estate process, both my girlfriend and I have purchased / sold over half a dozen homes already in the past thus we didn't need a refresher from Austin, it was implied.

Austin did a great job of selling my house.
I needed a specific buy; as I had a tenant in the basement that I did not want to displace.
Austin found the perfect buyer. My tenant was concerned about how the change would affect her. We did a meet and greet with the tenant and they were so nice; eased my tenants concerns...I know they will do a great job as landlords.
Austin made the sale easy for both me and my tenant...You did a great job.
Will definitely use Austin when selling my next house.
