We selected Josh based on a recommendation from a mortgage advisor. We were not disappointed and were very happy with our selection! Josh was extremely helpful every step of the way. As first time home buyers we weren't as familiar with every aspect of the process, and he made it easy. He gave us options for who to contact about home inspections as well as law firms which was very helpful as we didn't know any in the area. He always answered all questions within the hour and arranged house viewings in a very timely manner and at a time that was convenient for us, even though it wasn't necessarily convenient for him. We really appreciated his dedication! As previously mentioned, he was always willing to drop everything to find out information or arrange house showings for us. He did an excellent job and we would definitely use him again!
