The overall experience of selling my property , with James as my realtor , was great !!! He had a buyer for the property very soon after I decided to sell!! There was great communication throughout the whole procedure . Although the closing took a bit of time due to the buyer not being able to get financing, every thing went great from beginning till the end !! I had a wonderful experience!!

James is amazing. I have never bought a house before and he was amazing at going through everything with me and making everything as easy as he could. They say buying a house is the biggest purchase you will ever make in life, they don't say how stressful it can be. James takes alot of stress away with how patient, thorough and understanding he is. He goes the extra mile to do what he can.
