We sold our condo through Josh and found him to be very thorough and diligent especially helpful when we were dealing with computer issues. He was always available for questions and researched anything that was unclear. Our condo was successfully sold within a few days at the highest price for the condo complex sales, even considering there were several other condos that sold at the same time Josh had a nice approach and always respected our input.
