Kelly's Park is a neighbourhood within Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is located in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent transportation option in Kelly's Park. It is especially convenient to access a parking spot, and most houses for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway. On the other hand, Kelly's Park is not a very pleasant part of Fredericton for getting around by public transit. The bike is a reasonably good mode of transportation in this neighbourhood. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are not very well-suited for those who travel by foot because many daily needs are challenging to meet without having to use a vehicle.

Services

Shopping for one's groceries usually requires the use of a vehicle in this area. That being said, it is easy to walk to the closest cafe. As far as education is concerned, in this area, parents and their children will often be able to get to daycares on foot. However, there are no primary schools and no high schools in this part of Fredericton.

Roughly one third of homes in this part of the city were built after the year 2000, while many of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1980s.
