Transportation

This neighbourhood is an extraordinarily good part of Saint John for getting around by car. Most houses for sale are a very short car ride from the closest highway, and it is very easy to access a parking spot. This area is not very convenient for those who travel by foot because running common errands is very impractical by walking. Commuting by bicycle is also challenging in this part of the city because the cycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and there are a fair number of hills.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Ocean Westway. Moreover, there are only a very small number of daycares and thus they can be a very long walk away. When it comes to eating, a car is almost always required in Ocean Westway to reach the nearest grocery store. There are a few choices for those who value restaurants within walking distance.

Ocean Westway is a neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a chill ambience. Ocean Westway is relatively serene, as there are very few people out and about on the streets. Parks aren't well-situated, which results in them being very hard to get to from most locations within the neighbourhood.
