East Meadows is very car friendly. It is convenient to park, and many homes for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Trans Canada Highway. On the other hand, getting around by transit can be challenging in East Meadows as a result of the low service level. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are generally nearby. Travelling by bicycle is easy in East Meadows. East Meadows is not particularly convenient for walking since most daily needs are sometimes challenging to meet on foot.
