Cootes Paradise is a neighbourhood within Hamilton, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Hamilton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cootes Paradise enables homeowners to get around using several alternative methods of transportation. The car is very often the favoured method of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is very convenient to find a place to park, and many real estate listings are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 403. Cootes Paradise is also transit friendly. For example, residents are served by about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. This neighbourhood is a fairly pleasant part of Hamilton for bike riders. More specifically, the cycling network is very good. However, there are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of Cootes Paradise, despite the fact that many daily errands can be run on foot.
