Transportation

It is easy for pedestrians to get around in Fairfield; most daily needs are convenient to carry out on foot, and there are also a fair number of businesses nearby. This part of Kitchener is also reasonably bicycling-friendly as the cycling infrastructure is reasonably comprehensive, and there are a limited number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave. Driving is a very good transportation option in Fairfield. Parking is easy, and most real estate listings are a short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 85. On the other hand, public transit riders may experience few choices in Fairfield as a result of the service's low frequency. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most residences.
