Transportation

Parkdale is very car friendly. Coming across a place to park is generally easy, and most homes for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway. On the other hand, public transit riders may experience few choices in Parkdale as a result of the low service level. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is typically just around the corner. This part of Thunder Bay is not very suitable for those who travel by foot as running common errands is sometimes difficult by walking.
