Transportation

Agincourt will attract homeowners that value various modes of transportation. This neighbourhood is a fairly convenient part of Toronto for pedestrians; running common errands is easy on foot, and there are also a good number of businesses nearby. It is also easy to get around by bike in this area. Owing to Agincourt with access to the Stouffville, and about 20 nearby bus lines, homeowners can count on public transit to navigate Agincourt. Cars are also a good means of transportation in Agincourt. Coming across a place to park is generally easy.

Services

It is easy to get to both a general and a specialty grocery store on foot from anywhere in Agincourt. Sheppard Avenue is among the best streets for groceries. Additionally, Agincourt is a good place in which to eat out, and a limited selection of coffee shops can be found as well. Reaching parks, including East Highland Creek Watercourse and Brimley Woods, is very easy from the majority of locations in the neighbourhood since there are over 50 of them nearby for residents to enjoy. This part of the city is quiet overall, as the streets are quite peaceful - however noise can be bothersome close to Highway 401 or one of the railway lines.

Housing

Around three quarters of the population of this neighbourhood own their home and the rest are renters. Single detached homes are the main housing type, representing around one third of dwellings in this part of Toronto, but large apartment buildings are also present in the housing stock.
