Transportation

Bayview Village affords property owners several alternative methods of transportation. Walking is convenient for property owners in Bayview Village; many daily errands can be run without the use of a vehicle, and numerous businesses are nearby. This neighbourhood is also amenable to biking. Owing to various nearby rapid transit stations on the Line 4 (Sheppard), and a few nearby bus lines, the public transit system in this neighbourhood is practical. This part of the city is also very car friendly. It is easy to park, and it is a short drive to the closest highway, such as Highway 401, from any home in this neighbourhood.

Services

Daycares and schools are easy to get to on foot from any location in Bayview Village. At the primary level, there are both public and private schools. Regarding food, a supermarket is usually reachable within a short walk from most properties for sale in Bayview Village. Furthermore, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and home buyers can enjoy a few cafes as well.

Character

There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Bayview Village, despite its sometimes busy feel. To be more specific, green spaces, including East Don Parkland, are very well-situated and there are around 20 of them nearby for residents to relax in, which makes it very easy to reach them.
