Transportation

Getting around by car is especially convenient in Pointe Brown. It is convenient to find a parking spot, and the majority of properties for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute du Souvenir. However, Pointe Brown is not an especially convenient part of Dorval for getting around by public transit. Thankfully, there is the Gare Pine Beach with access to the 11 - Vaudreuil/Hudson. Property owners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most homes. It is easy to commute by bicycle in this area because riding is facilitated by the generally flat terrain. However, Pointe Brown is not very well-suited for those who travel by foot since common amenities such as barbers or banks can be an occasionally long walk away.

Both primary and secondary schools are straightforward to reach on foot from most properties for sale in Pointe Brown. On the other hand, there are only a few daycares and consequently they can be a long walk away. As far as eating is concerned, it is very rarely feasible for property owners in Pointe Brown to travel to the closest grocery store on foot.
