Transportation

Cars are a great mode of transportation in Saint-Nicolas. It is a short drive to the closest highway, such as Autoroute Jean-Lesage, from anywhere in this part of Lévis, and parking is generally easy. However, travelling by public transit is difficult in Saint-Nicolas. Nonetheless, homeowners benefit from around 20 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. Many of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are not very conducive to those who travel by foot as running daily errands is impractical by walking. Despite the fact that biking is better in certain sectors than others, bicycling is also at times difficult in Saint-Nicolas as the bicycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive, and there is a significant amount of elevation changes.

Finally, there are around 20 parks close by for residents to check out, like Parc de la Montagne and Parc des Chutes-de-la-Chaudière, which makes it easy to access them from most locations within the neighbourhood.
