Transportation

Most homes for sale in this part of Regina are located in areas that are quite well-suited for walking; many daily needs can be met on foot, and numerous businesses are quite close by. Bicycling is reasonably adopted in this area because there are a fair number of bike lanes, and it is a flat ride to most locations. Driving is often the favoured method to move around in this part of the city. Most real estate listings are a very short car ride from the nearest highway, and it is easy to access a parking spot. In contrast, Al Ritchie is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and the nearest bus stop is usually very close.
