The neighbourhood of Mayfair is part of the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, which is situated in the Greater Saskatoon metropolitan area.

Transportation

It is convenient for people walking to navigate this neighbourhood; many day-to-day errands can be run without having to resort to a vehicle, and there are also a good number of businesses in proximity. Mayfair is also a fairly pleasant part of Saskatoon for cyclists. More precisely, there are a good number of bike lanes. Mayfair is very car friendly. The majority of properties for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, and parking is easy. In contrast, commuting by public transit is challenging in this part of the city. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are commonly nearby.

Services

Primary schools and daycares are very easy to get to on foot from most properties for sale in this part of the city. In contrast, Mayfair does not contain any high schools. As far as food is concerned, it is straightforward to reach the closest supermarket on foot from anywhere in Mayfair. Additionally, there are a good number of options in close proximity for those who appreciate restaurants and cafes.
