North Development Area is a neighbourhood within Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, which is situated in the Greater Saskatoon metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area is especially car friendly. Parking is generally easy, and most houses for sale are a rather short car ride from the closest highway. North Development Area is a neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a chill atmosphere. Due to the presence of very few people out and about on the streets, North Development Area remains relatively calm. Parks aren't well-spread out, making them rather challenging to reach. Still, residents will be able to access parks in nearby neighbourhoods.
