Roseland is a neighbourhood within Windsor, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Windsor metropolitan area.

Transportation

Getting around by car is especially convenient in Roseland. Finding a parking spot is easy, and the majority of properties for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as Dougall Parkway. In contrast, public transit riders may have few choices in Roseland due to the infrequent service. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically very close. It is convenient to get around by bike in this part of the city as bicycle riders do not encounter serious slopes. Walking is not very convenient for property owners in Roseland as most daily needs are occasionally challenging to carry out on foot.

Services

Accessing the nearest supermarket on foot is practical for some, but not all, home buyers in this neighbourhood. There are also a few options for those who care about restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Regarding education, it is a rather short walk to access daycares and primary schools from most properties for sale in this part of the city.
