Part of the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, Sector T is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec.

Transportation

Sector T will please property owners that value different modes of transportation. Cars are a great transportation option in this part of the city. It is a short car ride to the nearest highway, such as Autoroute René-Lévesque, from any home in sector T, and it is easy to find a place to park. Homeowners can also rely on public transit to get around in sector T due to Panama with access to the Gare Centrale - Brossard, and approximately 20 nearby bus lines. Walking is not very common in this part of Brossard, even though running daily errands is easy on foot. On the other hand, commuting by bicycle is convenient in sector T as cyclists do not face significant elevation changes, and the cycling infrastructure is well-developed.

Services

Reaching the closest grocery store by walking is feasible for some, but not all, property owners in sector T. A small number of restaurants and coffee shops are available as well. As far as education is concerned, daycares and primary schools are easy to reach on foot from any location in sector T. In contrast, there are no high schools in this area.

Character

Sector T offers a great variety of green spaces to enjoy. Most housing in this part of the city was built between 1960 and 1980, during its most significant building boom.
