Transportation

The car is usually the best method of transportation in sector W. Parking is generally easy. In contrast, the public transit service in sector W is not very frequent. Many of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not very well-suited for those who travel by foot since common amenities such as hardware stores or barbers can be an occasionally long walk away. On the other hand, commuting by bicycle is convenient in sector W.

Services

In all cases, a vehicle is required in sector W to reach the closest grocery store. Concerning education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in this neighbourhood. Likewise, parents and their kids may find it difficult to access daycares as a pedestrian.

Character

People who prefer a relaxed ambience will enjoy sector W. There is a good amount of greenery in this part of Brossard; it is easy to get to parks and there are a few of them close by for residents to discover.
