Getting around by car is especially convenient in sector X. Accessing a place to park is quite easy, and most real estate listings are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute de l'Acier. Most housing in this area was built following the year 2000, during its largest construction boom. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of one bedroom and two bedroom homes.
