Sector Y does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Additionally, it can be challenging to reach daycares as a pedestrian. As far as eating is concerned, a grocery store is typically accessible within an extended walk from any home in sector Y.

Sector Y is a neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a chill ambience. Noise can sometimes be an issue in sector Y, since during busier hours of the day, traffic can occasionally be bothersome. This part of the city features almost no greenery - but residents will enjoy the fact that there are green spaces in nearby areas outside of the neighbourhood.

This neighbourhood experienced its biggest construction boom following the year 2000, so most of the available properties are from this era. This part of the city is primarily composed of three bedroom and two bedroom homes.
