Transportation

It is convenient for pedestrians to get around in this neighbourhood; many day-to-day needs can be carried out on foot. Lakeroad is also conducive to biking because the cycling infrastructure is quite comprehensive, and there are a limited number of elevation changes. Lakeroad is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. However, the best approach to get around in Lakeroad is often driving. It is easy to park, and it is a reasonably short drive to the nearest highway from anywhere in this neighbourhood.

Services

Parents and their schoolchildren will find that wherever their home is located in this area, daycares and primary schools are close by. In contrast, Lakeroad does not contain any high schools. Concerning food, getting to the nearest grocery store by walking is feasible for some, but not all, home buyers in Lakeroad. The greenery in this neighbourhood is quite prominent; although this neighbourhood does not contain any green spaces, parks are especially well-situated in nearby neighbourhoods, which results in them being easy to get to from most locations within Lakeroad. Most areas in this neighbourhood are especially quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.
